All of life is a practice of letting go. If we can see this for what it is, we can be happy.
If we deny it, then life becomes a practice of clinging. And all clinging causes suffering.
If you are cluttered, it is because you are in the habit of clinging to things that you believe might bring you happiness, when in fact these very things are causing your suffering.
We need to create a new practice. A practice of letting go gratefully and joyfully. This single conscious choice can shift your life in ways you cannot begin to imagine. It is an exercise of your true nature: Freedom.
